The vetcomes to you.

He worked overnight emergency and critical care from 2016 until 2020, when he and Dr. Pinder married in Nassau, then moved fully to house and barn calls. He has worked with turtles, horses, goats, parrots, flamingos and, most recently, conch, and helped publish a paper on conch anesthesia. He is working toward full acupuncture certification. Away from work he loves free diving, scuba diving, photography and gardening. He and Dr. Pinder share two dogs and a horse.

Her love of animals began with horses: she spent much of her childhood riding. Before vet school she studied biology at the University of Tampa, then transferred to the University of Florida for her Bachelor's in Animal Biology. She founded Pinder's Paws in 2016 and keeps her Florida veterinary license current through continuing education. From 2020 to 2025 she worked full-time in aquatic animal medicine, caring for dolphins, sea lions, sea turtles, sharks and fish, before returning her focus to what she enjoys most: helping people and caring for their pets. Away from work she loves the beach and exercising, and relaxing with Dr. Freifeld and their three animals: rescue dogs Ricky and Ivy, and Zoomie the horse.
